After beginning this season oh and 3, the Mishicot Girls Basketball team has won 13 of its last 14 games to reach the Final 4 of the State Division-4 Tournament at the Resch Center in Ashwaubenon.
The 21 and 6 Indians will challenge top-seeded and once-beaten Aquinas of La Crosse tonight in the first semifinal contest at 6:35 p.m.
The 2nd game matching Laconia and Colfax will begin at approximately 8:15 with the two winners to collide for a gold ball Saturday afternoon.
Meanwhile, Sectional semifinal games are set for tonight around the state of Wisconsin in the WIAA Boys Basketball Tournament.
In Division-4, Valders and Kohler meet at Two Rivers High School, while the other pairing there has Kenosha St. Joseph facing Williams Bay at East Troy.

In Division-5 this evening, Reedsville plays Heritage Christian at Fond du lac while in the top half of the Sectional 4 bracket has Fall River battling Cambria-Friesland, at Sun Prairie West.
A Division-3 matchup involves Brillion and Campbellsport (a 6th seed) doing battle at Denmark. Xavier and Little Chute fight it out in the other semi.
And in Division-1, unbeaten De Pere faces Homestead at Oshkosh West, while Kaukauna and Marquette meet at Hartford Union.
By the way, the winner of that De Pere/Homestead ballgame will play for a trip to state Saturday afternoon at Manitowoc’s JFK Fieldhouse.
