Scotty L. Johnson, 39, Appleton, possession of methamphetamine on 1/13/20, Guilty due to no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) AODA and follow through; 3) Comply with agent’s recommendation to maintain fulltime employment, schooling, or treatment to equal fulltime; 4) Maintain absolute sobriety; 5) Submit to random urine screens and pay for the same; 6) Provide DNA sample; 7) Pay court costs; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. 9) Spend thirty (30) days in the Manitowoc County Jail. Once there is a bed date, the court will stay the remainder of the conditional time. The defendant will be released to a representative of the treatment facility. A representative of the treatment facility must notify the State if there is a violation or release prior to the end of treatment. The defendant has fifty-eight (58) days sentence credit.

Alexis M. Czerp, 25, Merrill, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse on 6/17/22, Guilty due to no contest plea, Costs, total $543 to be paid by 05-09-2023 or 11 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample. The Court finds that expungement is appropriate. Court orders expungement of defendant’s record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes upon successful completion of sentence and if she performs 15 hours of community service in the next 6 months and provides proof of such to the District Attorney’s Office the court would find that the defendant would benefit and society would not be harmed by expungement in this matter.
