Bail is set at $30,000 cash for a 43-year-old Twp Rivers woman accused of supplying fentanyl to a victim causing death.
Emily Jane Lux is charged with First Degree Reckless Homicide and delivering a Schedule I or II Narcotic.
A Manitowoc Detective spoke to a relative of the victim who identified one of the victim’s friends stating they believed Lux to have a drug problem.
A search confirmed that the Two Rivers woman had been arrested last month in Mishicot for possessing nearly eight grams of fentanyl.
Lux admitted to investigators taking the drug with the victim, leaving about a quarter of a gram behind upon leaving the victim’s residence.
Conditions of bail are that Lux is to have no contact with the victim’s family and maintain absolute sobriety.
She remains in The County Jail with an initial appearance scheduled for April 24th.
