In FRCC Girls Softball Saturday afternoon, Green Bay Preble, the #6 ranked Division-1 team in the state, swept a doubleheader from Manitowoc Lincoln at the Citizen Park Youth Sports Complex.
The Hornets won the opener 12-nothing before getting pushed in Game-2, but winning 7-to-4.
Karenna Sorenson went the distance in the second game on a 7 hitter with 3 walks and a strikeout.
Ana Sanchez, Kendra Wech, and Taylor Peterson each had a base hit, run scored and an RBI in the loss.
Sorenson also had a double in the nightcap.
The Ships will look to snap a 7-game losing skid Tuesday when they visit Green Bay Southwest.
