A new food option may be popping up at your favorite outdoor events this spring and summer.
Harvest Street is a food truck serving New American street food in Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties, and they are set to open up on May 19th.
Marc Luecke, Owner and Chef at Harvest Street said of his food, “It starts with finding ingredients and our great state of Wisconsin has so many amazing producers and farms.”
Harvest Street has released some of what people will be able to expect, including Beer-ria Tacos, Parmesan Fritters, and Caramelized Cabbage.
Luecke worked with the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation and the Small Business Development Center at UW Green Bay to get things started.
Harvest Street’s grand opening is scheduled for May 19th from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. at LushLOUNGE, located at 1133 Michigan Ave in Sheboygan.
