A Two Rivers native who coached softball, baseball and basketball for 61 years has died.
Seehafer News received word this morning that Lee Nebel passed away Tuesday.
Nebel, who actually began coaching as a junior in high school back in 1957, assembled an overall record of 1,085 and 621.
He is perhaps best remembered as Two Rivers Girls Softball coach where his Raiders captured 15 conference titles and over 400 wins along the way.
Lee was in the 1995 class of the Lakeshore All-Sports Hall of Fame and was a member of the initial class of the Shoreland League Hall of Fame in 2017.
