Manitowoc’s Dramm Corporation received Honorable Mention for an honor at this week’s Progress Lakeshore Annual Excellence Development Awards Breakfast.
Hans Dramm, said “We were grateful to be nominated in the category of Corporate Investment and even more pleased to win Honorable Mention in this category. He continued “It was an honor to be included in the group of nominees of other fantastic businesses in Manitowoc County, all of whom are strong forces in fostering economic growth in our community.”
Dramm’s new 98,000 square feet Corporate Headquarters and Production facility in the I-43 industrial Park includes environmentally friendly materials, electric vehicle charging stations and solar panels.
Since construction began in April of 2021, the Dramm Corporation has been able to hire an additional 35 new employees.
The company began in 1941 when John Dramm invented a product to water plants in the greenhouse quickly and efficiently.
And, the spirit of innovation continues today in their four business segments.
