The S.S. Badger, or the Lake Michigan Carferry is arriving for the first time this season in Manitowoc at noon today.
The Badger, first launched in 1952, crosses across Lake Michigan about 450 times each season, each 60-mile trip taking four hours.
The best part, passengers can bring their cars, RVs, motorcycles, bikes, tour buses, and trucks along with them on the trip to Ludington, Michigan.
With a total of 40 staterooms, lounges, deck areas, and more, passengers can choose between a one-way or a round trip full of plenty of places to explore.
The Badger can hold up to 600 passengers each trip.
