The Lakeshore Artist Guild is bringing their exhibit of “Art as Poetry/Poetry as Art” to the Rahr-West Museum now through June 18th.
This exhibit features a collaboration of twenty poets and twenty artists coming together to create this event.
Artists provided images of their work to inspire new poetry and poets submitted their own poems to evoke pieces of art.
This collaboration has been in the works for months but is now being portrayed through forty pairs of poems and artworks.
The exhibit will be open to the public with no admission fee during museum hours (Tuesday-Friday 10 am-4 pm, Saturday-Sunday 11 am to 4pm).
