The Waupaca Recreation Center is hosting the Strawberry Fest Model Train Show June 17-18 from 9 am-5 pm on Saturday and 10 am-3 pm on Sunday.
The event will consist of viewing operating train layouts and other train model displays as well as the chance to purchase materials such as supplies and equipment from different vendors.
Children are welcome to join and play with Thomas the Tank Engine and other Chuggington Station Friends and to enjoy a meal at Virgie’s Railroad Diner.
Guests can also visit the historic Soo Line railroad depot on Saturday from 8 am-7 pm or Sunday from 8 am-5 pm.
