The Two Rivers Rotary Club completed its $65,000 commitment towards the synthetic ice-skating loop at central park west.
Betty Bittner and other representatives from the Two Rivers Rotary Club were at the Two Rivers City Council meeting Monday to present the final $10,000 check of their donation.
The Manitowoc Sunrise Rotary and Manitowoc Noon Rotary clubs also made a $3,600 donation at the meeting to help forward positive development.
