Loucks, 33, Dodge Correctional, possess firearm as convicted felon as a repeater and burglary-building or dwelling on 3/8/23, Guilty due to no contest plea, The defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for eight and a half (8.5) years. Conditions of Extended Supervision are the same as count 1, with the addition of a 6-month revocation of the defendants operating privileges. Count 3, NO CONTEST plea to the charge of felony bail jumping as a repeater. Convicted. Defendant is sentenced to the Wisconsin State Prison System for a total of three (3) years. That’s eighteen (18) months initial confinement followed by eighteen (18) months extended supervision. This sentence to run concurrent to counts 1 and 2 and any other sentence. Conditions of Extended Supervision are the same as count 2. Defendant is found eligible for Challenge Incarceration Program and Substance Abuse Program. Defendant has credit for 266 days.
