The Kewaunee County Breakfast on the Farm is coming to Salentine Homestead Dairy this Sunday, June 18th.
The Kewaunee County Breakfast on the Farm features omelets, cheeses, pizza, and strawberry sundaes to finish the meal.
There will also be yogurt samples, deep-fried cheese curds, and plenty of activities for families to participate in.
Megan Salentine told us on the WCUB Breakfast Club recently about the kid’s activities going on at the breakfast.
“We’ll have a kid’s tent and in there dairy promo and the Kewaunee county have been working hard with events for kids,” she explained. “Usually you can hear a calves heartbeat, play a lot of games, dig through some corn and soil to find things that are important to agriculture. We’ll also operate an education tent where a lot of our partnering businesses that the farm partners with will be there with information on how they fit into our operation.”
The Breakfast on the Farm will start at 7:00 a.m. with a catholic mass and breakfast will begin at 8:00 with activities going until noon.
It will be held at Salentine Homestead Dairy, located at E1669 County Road A in Luxemburg.
