A 35-year-old Manitowoc man who is accused of Sexual Assault of a Child had his initial court appearance delayed a second time as he continues to seek to retain legal counsel.
Robert L. Curtis the Third was due in court June 12th to face charges of Repeated Sexual Assault of the same child and Possession pf Child Pornography.
A minor female came forward last month and met with authorities saying that there were seven separate occasions that he either touched her inappropriately or that she was forced to touch him.
Curtis has denied any wrongdoing. He remains in The County Jail in lieu of $150,000 cash and is scheduled to make his initial court appearance June 26th.
