There was a no-hitter last night in American Legion varsity baseball.
Kiel High School senior Brett Hartlaub did not allow a hit in 5 innings while striking out 11 batters during Manitowoc’s 10-nothing rout of Wrightstown.
Hartlaub also walked only one in the road victory.
He was supported offensively by Lincoln grad Bryce Erdmann who went 2-for-4 with a homerun.
Kiel junior Eyan Desellier chipped in a pair of hits including a double.
Kevin Stangel’s Legion Post 88 squad (now 3-and-3) travels to Kewaunee County tomorrow (June 21st).
The first pitch is set for 7:30 p.m. at Luxemburg-Casco High School.
