This Sunday will be the first day of the Green Bay Music series.
For the next ten weeks, there will be free music provided from 4:00 to 6:30 pm located in Leicht Park, Green Bay.
On Broadway Inc, the organization running the event, created it to bring people together and have a public space to enjoy not only live music but also participate in new art and cultural experiences.
The director of special events for On Broadway Inc says, “We are looking to unite the community by providing new experiences. Come out, learn from each other, dance, sing and experience the joy of live music.”
The featured band for the first week of the series will be Empire Strikes Brass, which is made up of around 20 world-class jazz musicians.
There will also be an opening act performed by Cullah along with an intermission act by the East Highschool Pep Band.
