A Manitowoc man had his bail set as a signature bond (with probation hold) after being arrested for his 3rd OWI when he was found passed out in a vehicle in downtown Manitowoc.
Jesse A. Schulz is charged with a third OWI and Possession of Fentanyl and Drug Paraphernalia.
Officers were sent to the scene to investigate a vehicle parked in the right turn lane on Franklin at the intersection with South 8th Street around 1:45 pm Saturday.
EMS was also present, and Schulz was brought to Aurora Medical Center.
Conditions of bail include not operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license and absolute sobriety.
Schulz will be back in court on October 2nd at 9:30 am.
