A Manitowoc Man is facing charges of Physical Abuse of a Child with Intentional Bodily Harm, Misdemeanor Bail Jumping, and two counts of Disorderly Conduct (one with a Domestic Violence enhancer) following a physical altercation.
Gerardo Gomez had his bail set at $1,000 signature bond after being arrested for punching a minor.
28-year-old Gomez was detained by officers at around 4:30 Sunday evening where he claimed “everyone” was attacking him.
He was then taken to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.
Conditions of bail include no contact with the victim or no assaultive contact with members of that household.
Gomez will be back in court on July 24th at 1:30 pm.
