62-year-old Richard W. Lodel had his bail set at $2,000 signature bond after being arrested for his 4th OWI at about 4 pm on the Fourth of July.
He was pulled over by an officer after being observed swerving and almost driving into a ditch.
Lodel smelled strongly of alcohol, his speech was slurred, and he failed to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.
Conditions of bail include zero operation of a motor vehicle without a valid license and absolute sobriety.
He will return to court on October 2nd at 9:30 am.
