The Green Bay Police Officer charged with misconduct has been bound over for trial.
Probable cause was found against Matthew Knutson by a Brown County Court Commissioner, leading to the ruling yesterday.
Knutson is a 13-year veteran of the department who is now facing charges stemming from an arrest in 2021.
The officer used his squad car to hit a man who was fleeing, but Knutson had to drive up onto the sidewalk to hit him.
It was all captured on his dash camera.
Knutson is due back in court on August 21st for his arraignment hearing.
