Former Vogel Auto Body, Future Home of Gas Station, Convenience Store,
A Sheboygan County developer has announced plans to build a gas station/convenience store and dine-in restaurant on Manitowoc’s northwest side.
Basudev Adhikari tells Seehafer News that the approximately 4,700-square-foot building will go up at the intersection of North Rapids Road and Menasha Avenue, the former site of Vogel Auto Body and John’s Used Car Sales.
Adhikari says he’s planning to break ground on the project before the end of next August with an opening being eyed in late January 2024.
Quasius Construction of Sheboygan is the main contractor.
Adhikari has multiple gas stations and retail outlets in Sheboygan as well as other locations including Two Rivers, Valders, Kiel, Green Bay, Random Lake, Sturgeon Bay, and Milwaukee.
