The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been called in to investigate the death of a worker at Advance Cast Stone in Random Lake last week.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office started the investigation, and they say a man was working on a lift during the overnight shift Wednesday when he fell and hit his head.
The yet unnamed man died from his injuries.
The Thursday morning crew found his body when they reported for work Thursday morning.
Investigators have stated that the man was not using a harness at the time of the accident.
The Sheriff’s Office is now working with OSHA on the investigation.
