A second individual has been charged in a recent child enticement case.
Last week we reported that Desmond McWilliams was arrested after he attempted to meet a 16-year-old girl for sex.
In the initial police report, it was also noted that McWilliams and a second individual had smoked marijuana with the minor in a car and later had sex in the back seat with her still in the front seat.
Officers spoke with a 22-year-old woman who admitted to smoke “dabs” with the minor and McWilliams but claimed she believed the victim was passed out while the two had sex.
She has now been charged with Exposing a Child to Harmful Material, a charge that has also been filed against McWilliams on top of the charges of Child Enticement and Possession of THC.
