Farm Wisconsin is celebrating five years of operation of the agriculture discovery center with a deep dive into Wisconsin agriculture this weekend.
Each day will be open from 9:00 to 4:00 p.m. with activities such as a hands-on soil pit where you can learn the importance of soil for growing crops, the background behind Blue Moon ice cream, and an equipment display of John Deer tractors and machinery.
On Thursday, you can learn about ginseng, Friday you can meet Manitowoc County Dairy Princess Jenna Gries, and view a drone spraying a field with fertilizer and learn about modern application techniques.
Admission for youth is free all weekend long.
