The Manitowoc Bandits got off to a great start in their playoff game at Casco last night, but then the rain came, forcing the contest to be postponed.
Brando Black put the Bandits on the board with a 3-run homer in the top of the first before the game was washed out.
Manager Chris Cisler said the game with the A’s will resume tonight where they left off in that first inning.
Action begins at 7:30 p.m.
Manitowoc can wrap up the best of 3 Shoreland League semifinal series with another win.
Additionally, the Shoreland League playoff game between the Denmark Devilbears and Ashwaubenon Lookouts was also called off on a count of lightning.
The game was knotted up at 1 in the top of the 4th when the sky lit up.
Their game will also resume tonight at 7:15 p.m. in Ashwaubenon.
