The Manitowoc County Home Builders Association (MCHBA) has released the addresses of seven brand new and remodeled homes from various homebuilders of the county.
The tours allow homebuilder companies to showcase their work and for visitors to get inspiration for their own projects.
The parade will begin on Thursday, September 7th, and run until Saturday, the 9th. Home addresses and the creators of the project are as follows:
4733 Schleis Rd. Two Rivers from Pekarske Builders
1709 County Hwy V, Mishicot from Certified Builders
4151 Deer Lane, Whitelaw from Mike Howe Builders

Homes showcase a variety of the newest home trends, including glass railings, floating staircases, wood flooring, outdoor living spaces, home theaters, custom tiled showers, cathedral ceilings, and geothermal heating and cooling systems.
Guests can speak with professional builders regarding their own improvement projects.
Each $10 ticket allows entry into each of the seven homes one time and is also available for $8 in advance at local businesses (Bank First, Shipbuilders Credit Union, Braun Building Center, Carpets Plus of Manitowoc, Precision Floors and Décor, Drexel Building Supply, and the MCHBA office).
Event hours are 4-8 pm on Thursday and Friday, and 10 am-4 pm on Saturday.
