The Big Brothers Big Sisters Foundation just launched their “It Takes Little to be Big” campaign.
The goal of the campaign is to help gather more people to volunteer and be mentors for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
There are currently 176 children in Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties on the waiting list for mentors.
Among the Littles that have mentors, 80% have had a reduction in depressive symptoms, and 100% intend to graduate high school and have post-graduation plans.
Locally, children are being inspired by their Bigs every day.
