A 37-year-old woman has been arrested following a third OWI charge in Green Bay.
At approximately 10 p.m. last night (August 16th), a trooper with the Wisconsin State Patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for multiple equipment violations.
Upon the initial approach, the trooper detected the scent of marijuana from inside the vehicle and the driver exhibited signs of impairment.
Standardized field sobriety tests were conducted, and the driver, Tammy Michelle Komanekin, was arrested for operating while under the influence, with a passenger under 16 years old.
The matter is still under investigation.
