ReadyWisconsin encourages families to take the following steps with their students to prepare them for the year.
Create an emergency communication plan, which includes a list of phone numbers of close family and friends, program phones with emergency contact information, review safety information shared by the school, and talk to your student’s teacher about participating in ReadyWisconsin’s Student Tools for Emergency Planning.
