Prevea Health and Hospital Sisters Health Services are having computer and phone problems.
A post from both medical groups Sunday said that they are experiencing an outage of clinical and administrative applications.
As of Monday, Prevea says they are still trying to fix some of the problems they’ve been experiencing.
The healthcare company said on social media that their phone line access is sporadic and communication between MyChart and MyPrevea isn’t working.
If you have an appointment scheduled, Prevea says you can still go in because they have policies and procedures that work well if they have technology issues.
The website for the Prevea Manitowoc Health Center is working but you can’t access MyPrevea.
The website for St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan isn’t working as of 2pm Monday.
