Manitowoc Police Department vehicles are going to look different.
The police department announced on social media last Friday that they have a new squad car design for marked patrol units, including a different color scheme.
They said in a statement, “The change in graphics design started by forming a committee with a representative from each shift. The committee then developed different graphic designs based on information they got from fellow employees.”
The design features premium gray vinyl on the doors with reflective black lettering.

The department worked with Nelson Sign and Graphics for the design and installation.
