44-year-old Aaron Shelton had his bail set at $5,000 recognizance after being arrested Tuesday, September 5th for engaging in a physical altercation with a Manitowoc Taco Bell employee.
Conditions of bail include maintaining complete sobriety, not having contact with Taco Bell, and no contact with the victim.
At around 3:30 p.m., the officer arrived at the scene following multiple attacks on the teenage worker.
Shelton had left in between fights.
He was charged with Physical Abuse of a Child, Strangulation or Suffocation, Disorderly Conduct, and two counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
Shelton is due back in court on October 2nd.
