Prevea Health and Hospital Sisters Health System announced that some system issues they’ve been having since August are starting to be fixed.
The medical groups have announced that MyPrevea and MyChart have been restored along with their EPIC platform used to store health records.
HSHS and Prevea say they will respond to messages from patients as quickly as possible.
They encourage patients to reach out to their provider’s office to speak with a member of their healthcare team if they need urgent assistance.
The medical groups still need some time to fix some other systems that aren’t working yet.
They say they appreciate the continued patience and look forward to continuing to care for patients.
