The City of Manitowoc 2023 leaf pickup Parking Ban is scheduled to begin on October 2nd.
Leaves are scheduled to be picked up once a week on your street sweeping day, leaf pick up will include a residential parking ban, which will be from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. with those breaking it to be ticketed.
The parking ban will be in effect from October 2nd through November 17th.
Leaf placement goes as follows, if your street has a parking lane, leaves should be placed in the parking lane of the street in front of your residence.
If your street does not have a parking lane you should continue to place leaves on the terrace.
