A $2,500 signature bond was given to a Manitowoc man accused of OWI and alleged drug possession.
31-year-old Yileng Yang also allegedly hit a road sign while he was driving before he stopped for the police.
His conditions include maintaining complete sobriety and not being allowed to drive a vehicle while his case is pending.
His first court date is set for October 23rd.
