Manitowoc Lincoln Girls Tennis Player Olivia Minikel is the number one seed in the Division One Field at next week’s WIAA State Individual Girls Tennis Tournament in Madison.
Minikel is 29 and 0 this season and is making her fourth trip to The Nielsen Tennis Stadium to compete against Wisconsin’s best high school tennis players.
Ships Head Coach Stephanie Henschel also informed us that number two singles player Jordin Popp and the number one doubles tandem of Taylor Peterson and Zylia Kleinfeldt will be joining Olivia at state after receiving special qualifier status from The WIAA.
The draw expected to be released Sunday with competition beginning Thursday October 12th.
