A Two Rivers man has been charged with sexually assaulting a person or persons working at a haunted house attraction.
37-year-old John Schwarz Jr., the apparent owner of Scare USA, was arrested Thursday after TR Police were called to the haunted attraction.
After he was taken to the Manitowoc County Jail, Schwarz was charged with 2nd-degree sexual assault of a child, 2 counts of Child Enticement, and 1 count of exposing his genitals or pubic area to a child.
He was also given a $50,000 cash bond. He is to have no contact with the victim or anyone under the age of 18.
Two Rivers Police says they understand that issues like these can be difficult to talk about, but they are looking for witnesses.
