An initial appearance scheduled for a 37-year-old Two Rivers man charged with sexually assaulting a person (s)working at a haunted house attraction he apparently owns, has been adjourned to later this month as he seeks an attorney to represent him.
The lone charge currently against John Schwarz Jr. is one count of repeated sexual assault of the same child, however more charges are possible as this is an ongoing investigation.
Police were called to Scare USA, last week where Schwarz was apprehended and taken to The Manitowoc County Jail.
He remains there in lieu of $50,000 cash bail and is due back in court for an initial appearance October 30th.
