The individual who previously entered the Wisconsin Capitol carrying two firearms with the intention of meeting the governor returned to the Capitol building yesterday.
Joshua Pleasnick was apprehended twice on October 4th after bringing a dog and a handgun to the Capitol, demanding to see the governor.
On that same day, he posted bail but later returned with a rifle.
While Pleasnick faced another arrest this Tuesday related to the October 4th incident, the Dane County District Attorney decided not to pursue charges.
Capitol Police have requested that Pleasnick be banned from the Capitol, and a judge will rule on this matter in a hearing scheduled for later today.
