The Manitowoc Police Department has a new police lieutenant.
Tyler Hill was sworn in at Monday’s Manitowoc Common Council meeting.
His swearing-in comes after another officer was sworn in last month.
After his wife pinned his badge, he shook hands with the alderperson on the council.
