A preliminary hearing for a 36-year-old Manitowoc man accused of trying to meet up with a minor for sex has been adjourned until next month as he continues to seek legal representation.
Heath M. Grebe is charged with exposing a child to harmful material, using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child enticement and attempted second-degree sexual assault of a child under 16.
The alleged crime occurred on September 28th when Grebe tried to meet up with a 13-year-old girl at Manitowoc’s Lincoln Park for sex.
He remains in The County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond with his next court date set for November 16th.
