Alexis Renee Marusa, 19, Menasha, burglary-building or dwelling on 4/25/23, Guilty due to a no contest plea, Sentence is withheld. Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for three and a half (3.5) years consecutive to Milwaukee County case number 2022CF3092. Thirty (30) days Manitowoc County Jail, Huber Law, commencing 12-12-2023 by 6:00 p.m. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.
Nicole Marie Zachow, 38, Manitowoc, possess drug paraphernalia on 7/19/23, Guilty due to no contest plea, Court sentences defendant to eight (8) days Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, the court finds that the defendant has eight (8) days sentence credit and deems the sentence time served. Court imposes costs of $443 to be paid by 12-18-2023 or 9 days jail for failure to pay. Defendant is ordered to submit a DNA sample.
