The Wisconsin State Assembly will conduct a hearing to address regulations pertaining to Madison’s Naked Bike Ride, particularly the inclusion of children.
Two proposals are under consideration, aiming to penalize parents who expose their children to nudity during bike rides, shows, or exhibitions.
This move follows an incident where a ten-year-old girl participated in Madison’s Naked Bike Ride during the summer.
Local law enforcement authorities in Madison indicated that they were unable to take action because, technically, there was no legal violation in a child riding a bike in the nude.
