A Sheboygan County barn was completely destroyed last night in a fire.
Fire crews from around the area and the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office were called to the scene of the fire at W8202 Tower Drive in the Town of Scott at around 9:30 p.m.
They took down the flames but not before the entire structure was deemed a total loss.
No injuries were reported, and the exact cause of the blaze has not been determined.
It is being reported that the building was used for storage, although what was stored in the structure is not clear.
Improvements were also being made to the barn.
The Beechwood Fire Department was the lead agency on the scene and was aided by the Cascade, Silver Creek, Random Lake, Campbellsport, Waldo, Boltonville, Kewaskum, Plymouth, Adell, and Greenbush Fire Departments as well as the Town of Scott First Responders and Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department.
