Ethan Vander Meer of Kiel and Libby Schmidt of Roncalli lead the final weekly Cross Country High School Honor Roll of the season.
Vander Meer posted the best time in the 5K in 16 minutes 11 seconds, 1 second better than boys runner-up Eli Gallagher of Two Rivers.
The remainder of the top 10 are, Kiel’s Pierce Arenz, Manitowoc Lincoln’s Caleb Jatczak, Hunter Taddy of Reedsville, Kaden Reiss of Kiel, Carson Kadow of Two Rivers, and the Kiel Raiders trio of Aaron Stephany, Owen Korb and Sam Keuler.
Schmidt’s top finish of 19:17 was followed by Kiel’s Lily Watson and Addison Vogel, Hannah Welch of Valders, Ashley Groothoff of Two Rivers, Natalie Portmann of Manitowoc Lincoln, Lillian Larson from Kiel, the Ships Kendall Schmitz, Kiel’s Hailey Helms and Reedsville’s Allena O’Connell.
The weekly honor roll was compiled by Manitowoc Lutheran Head Cross Country and Track Coach Abbey Bubolz.
