Bail is set at $1,000 signature bond for a 39-year-old Manitowoc woman after she was allegedly caught with a marijuana joint in her car.
Melinda L. Meshigaud is charged with two counts of Felony Bail Jumping after her arrest at The Marathon Gas Station on South 19th Street.
Police had originally pulled Meshigaud over after noticing she had expired tags on her vehicle.
The officer said he could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
A subsequent search allegedly uncovered a joint in the center console and Meshigaud was taken into custody upon failing a field sobriety test.
No bail conditions were imposed by the court and an initial appearance is scheduled for December 4th 1:30.
