A Manitowoc man assault is pleading not guilty in his sexual assault case.
18-year-old Fridman A. Lagos-Ramires was arrested in October after police said he had sex with an underaged victim twice.
Even though the victim said it was consensual, the parents decided to press charges because their child was under the age of 18.
His next court date is set for January 19th, with a scheduling conference set for March 5th.
Lagos-Ramires has been charged with two counts of 2nd-degree sexual assault.
