A Manitowoc Man who wasn’t fast enough to flush some illegal drug evidence is free on bail pending his next court appearance.
42-year-old Michael Burda was arrested yesterday when officers went to his home in the 1200 block of South 18th Street and found over 23 grams of cocaine.
Some of the drug was found on the floor and some on the toilet seat, and Burda reportedly said if he had 20 more seconds, the evidence would have been gone.
Burda is free after posting $1000 cash bail with his next court appearance will be December 27th at 10 a.m.
