The second person convicted of stealing from Manitowoc storage units has been sentenced.
29-year-old Rebecca E. Frank was ordered by Judge Robert Dewane to spend a total of twelve years in prison, followed by 24 years on extended supervision after being convicted in six separate cases dating back to 2020.
In total, she was found guilty due to no contest pleas on charges of Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Manufacturing Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver as Party to the Crime, Manufacturing or Delivering Meth and a Schedule II Narcotic, Criminal Damage to Property, and three counts each of Burglary to a Building or Dwelling and Bail Jumping.
Rebbecca and her husband, Paul A. Frank were arrested in October of last year after being caught stealing from storage units on the north side of Manitowoc.
According to Wisconsin Circuit Court Access, Rebecca first had a brush with the law in 2018 and since then has been arrested over a dozen more times, including three times this year.
