Defendant is placed on probation to DOC for two (2) years. Conditions of probation: 1) Assessment, treatment, counseling as deemed appropriate by the Department’s assessment process; 2) Maintain fulltime employment, schooling, or combination; 3) For the first nine (9) months of probation the defendant is not allowed to drive except for work, school, to attend religious services, healthcare purposes, legal purposes, grocery shopping, or other purposes specifically approved by his agent that would be allowed with an occupational license; 4) Sixty (60) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed, to be imposed at the agent’s discretion and by further order of the court (Count 2); 5) Forty (40) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, commencing February 6, 2024 by 6:00 p.m.(Count 2); 6) Complete 100 hours of Community Service (Count 1); 7) Pay court costs; 8) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC; 9) Submit to a DNA sample. The Court finds that the defendant would benefit and society would not be harmed by expungement in this matter. Court orders expungement of defendant’s record pursuant to Section 973.015 of the Wisconsin Statutes upon successful completion of his term of probation with NO violations and completion of the 100 hours of community service.
